1 Gallon of pretreatment gets you 150 DTG shirts. At $79 per gallon of pretreatment, each shirt winds up costing 63 cents before you can even start decorating it.

But those figures are just for one print location, and they don’t account for… waste, labour, machine maintenance and overhead costs.

Sound crazy to you? It did to us, too.

That’s why we decided to offer pretreated garments at a fraction of what it would cost to do it yourself.

All orders placed before 11AM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day from our Mississauga Warehouse via Purolator Ground. We’ll ship orders placed after the cut-off time the next business day.
We do not have a minimum order requirement.
Yes, we offer local pickup at our processing facility in Mississauga, ON.

When checking out, select the “Local Pickup” option. After you place your order, you’ll receive further instructions for completing your pickup.
We do! Orders of 72+ units are automatically eligible for bulk discounts. Price breaks are structured as follows:

$0.50/unit discount for orders of 72-719 units
$0.75/unit discount for orders of 720+ units

Yes, we’ve curated a sample pack for you to test! To show you just how well our process works, we’ve put together a fully pretreated sample pack of the most popular products in the most challenging colors. You can purchase the sample pack here.
Like regular pretreated DTG t-shirts, Print Simple’s pretreated apparel can be machine-washed inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. It can also be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print.
You can print on our pretreated apparel for up to 4 years after purchase. However, we always recommend using the shirts as soon as possible.
